Formerly, he was Chief Operating Officer of Guardian Dentistry, where he helped grow the practice from 28 locations to 164 in three years. Prior to Guardian, Houmam served as Vice President of Operations for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reveal, he steers the strategic vision and drives organizational strategy in collaboration with Reveal’s stakeholders and partner doctors. Houmam holds an MBA from the University of Denver and is originally a Dentist, having trained at the University of Baghdad, Iraq. 

Blaine Allmond is a strategic operations leader known for his systems-oriented approach and commitment to service excellence. He brings over 20 years of experience in service delivery, management consulting, and operational leadership. Previously, Blaine served as Vice President of Operations at Circles, a Sodexo company, where he led large-scale client success initiatives for high net-worth American Express members. As Senior Director of Support Services at Reveal, Blaine oversees IT, Facilities, and infrastructure functions, helping scale operational support across the organization. He holds a degree in Economics.

Jaylan Anderson is a results-oriented IT leader with a proven track record in enhancing end-user experience. He brings a strategic mindset and a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions. Previously, Jaylan held IT leadership roles focused on optimizing systems and enhancing service experiences. As Director of Information Technology at Reveal, he leads end-user technology and infrastructure support across the organization. Jaylan holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Ball State University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.

Eric Bomarsi is a strategic M&A professional with expertise in finance, accounting, and healthcare private equity. As a former Investment Associate at Lorient Capital, he developed investment theses, executed buyout transactions, and partnered with management teams to drive operational growth initiatives. Eric specializes in healthcare investing, structuring bespoke transactions across the various sub-sectors within the space. As Director of Partnership Development at Reveal, Eric leads the corporate development and strategic investment functions, working with industry leaders to expand Reveal’s footprint of practices. Eric holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from Northeastern University.

Dr. Ahmed “Epps” ElAbbasy, BDS, MSc, FICOI, is an esteemed dentist from Cairo, Egypt. He earned his Masters in Implantology from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, showcasing his deep commitment to advancing his expertise in this specialized field. With over ten years dedicated to dental implant treatment planning and digital workflows, Dr. ElAbbasy excels in the intricacies of guided surgery solutions, 3D conversions, in-house milling, and more. Previously, he perfected workflows for achieving precise surgical and aesthetic outcomes with 3D Diagnostix. Now, with the Engel Institute, Engel Aesthetics, and Engel Dental Center, he continues developing innovations for integrated lab services serving the broader Reveal organization. A Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), Dr. ElAbbasy is recognized as a leading figure in implant dentistry.

As Director of Clinical Development, Dr. Todd Engel is responsible for advancing clinical excellence and innovative treatment methodologies.​ As the founder and director of the Engel Institute and Engel Dental Center, he has established a renowned teaching institute for dental professionals, having trained over 6,800 dentists globally and performed over 20,000 surgical procedures himself to date. Dr. Engel made history as the first general dentist to perform the full arch dental implant guided surgery procedure with an immediate load restoration. Dr. Engel is also a key opinion leader for multiple dental and surgical conglomerates, including the Straumann Group, where he is a global speaker and respected leader. Dr. Engel has achieved the highest honor of Diplomat status within the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and holds many respected certificates with other dental associations. He holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and has extensive expertise in Dental Implant Planning, Full Mouth Rehabilitation, and CBCT Guided Surgical Design. His passion is his family, patients, and teaching others to improve humanity – smile by smile.

As a DDS, MD, Dr. Adrianne Golly brings extensive expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery to her role as Reveal Dental Partners’ Medical Advisor. She focuses on enhancing sedation protocols and conducting thorough audits to improve patient safety. After earning her bachelor’s in biochemistry from Washington State University, Dr. Golly received her DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She further honed her skills during an intensive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport, where she earned her medical doctorate. Proficient in a broad range of surgical procedures, including dental implants and facial cosmetic surgery, Dr. Golly is dedicated to advancing patient care and safety in her field. Notably, she is the first female to receive the Oral Surgeon Clinical Director designation at ClearChoice, recognizing her leadership and excellence.

Christopher is a results-driven operations executive with expertise in unifying teams, performance, and technology to achieve organizational excellence. Previously, as VP of Strategic Operations at Guardian Dentistry Partners, Chris spearheaded scalable initiatives, optimized workflows, and improved efficiency across the network. At ClearChoice, he served as Field Operations Manager, launching De novo offices and revitalizing underperforming ones. His earlier career includes leadership in plastic surgery, healthcare, and nonprofits, consistently driving operational improvement. As Chief Operating Officer of Reveal, he leads operational strategy and execution, driving process efficiency and peak performance. Chris holds a BA from the University of Maryland. 

Gus Lubbe is an experienced dental lab operations leader with nearly 10 years of expertise in both analog and digital dental technology. As Director of Lab Operations at Reveal Dental Labs, Gus oversees the integration of traditional techniques with advanced digital workflows, driving innovation, precision, and efficiency across lab services. His leadership ensures every case meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics, while fostering collaboration between lab teams and clinicians. Gus is dedicated to advancing modern dental technology and consistently delivering exceptional results for doctors and patients.

Tanner Nemec is a dynamic accounting and finance leader with over 10 years of experience in financial systems, compliance, and process optimization. Formerly managing complex multi-entity organizations with diverse ownership structures, Tanner specializes in system implementations, audits, regulatory compliance, and integrating newly acquired companies. Her expertise has allowed her to navigate intricate financial landscapes effectively. As Controller at Reveal, Tanner leads accounting practices, ensures financial accuracy, and supports compliance with regulatory standards. Tanner earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.

Dustin Netral is a seasoned healthcare and consumer operations executive with a proven track record of scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth. Most recently, Dustin served as CEO of Vista Verde Dental Partners and is currently the Vice President of the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO). He was inducted into the ADSO Hall of Leaders in recognition of his efforts to advance the dental industry on a national scale. 

Dustin is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Reveal Dental Partners, where he leads company strategy, sales execution, technology, and operational performance to expand access to high-quality dental care across the country. Earlier in his career, Dustin served as SVP of Operations at hhgregg, a $2.4 billion consumer electronics and appliance retailer with 8,400 team members. He later joined Fabletics, where he launched the company’s omnichannel strategy and eventually led global operations during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.

David is a marketing executive with 20 years of experience and a passion for crafting unforgettable brand experiences.  Formerly Vice President of Marketing for BOND Orthodontic Partners, responsible for driving customer acquisition and brand affinity for orthodontic practices as part of a house of brands. ​Before that, he launched the eHealth brand to consumers and led the marketing organization for HealthMarkets, leading a team of 20 in-house marketers and numerous agencies. ​As the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Reveal, he leads all marketing, brand, and communication strategies. David attained dual degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Utah, earning recognition as the 2004 Rhodes Scholar nominee.

Kyle is a strategic finance executive with accounting, finance, and business analytics expertise. Formerly Vice President of Finance and Operations for Broadstep Behavioral Health, Kyle helped oversee seven acquisitions and orchestrated over 100% revenue growth. At Myocardial Solutions, he mobilized a $7M equity funding initiative and developed partnerships to commercialize a new cardiac diagnostic technology. As Vice President of Finance for Reveal, Kyle leads all accounting and financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and efficiency. Kyle earned a BA from Rhodes College and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earning multiple fellowships.

Julie is a powerhouse in performance leadership, specializing in treatment presentation and communication strategies that boost patient satisfaction and case acceptance. As National Sales Manager at ClearChoice, she refined communication between consultants and providers, driving record-breaking results. At Medical Memory, she advanced patient interactions through video and AI. A skilled speaker and trainer, Julie consistently inspires teams to exceed goals. As Director of Patient Engagement at Reveal, she optimizes communication and presentation techniques to elevate outcomes. Julie holds a BA from the University of Colorado.

As Director of Integration & Expansion, Chelsea leads the seamless onboarding of newly affiliated dental practices and the strategic launch of de novo locations across the organization. With over a decade of experience in scaling dental and healthcare operations, Chelsea brings a deep understanding of the complexities involved in integration—from aligning systems and workflows to supporting clinical and cultural transitions. At Reveal, Chelsea works cross-functionally with teams in finance, HR, IT, clinical, and marketing to ensure each new practice is set up for success. Her collaborative leadership style and ability to turn strategy into scalable execution make her a driving force behind sustainable growth and operational excellence. Chelsea holds a BA from the University of Southern Indiana.

As Director of Education for Reveal Dental Partners, Allison leads the development and execution of comprehensive educational clinical programs designed to support implant-focused dental professionals. With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Allison has held leadership roles in education, business development, and training at organizations such as the Engel Institute Nobel Biocare, and Neodent USA. Allison holds both a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Telecommunications and Broadcast Announcing from Southern Oregon University.
